On Saturday down at the Victorian MX Titles held at Wonthaggi MX Track, Tim Vare from Eight11 Racing went down and did Race Day Support for Eight11 Racing supported rider Jai Constantinou.
This under 19 gun has worked hard for these results both on and off the bike and setting some of the fastest lap times overall on Sunday, the hard work is paying off.
Jai and Tim spent the Saturday two weeks prior to race day at Wonthaggi MX Track on his race bike, here the boys tested suspension settings, tried different fork and shock combos to suit the track as well as different chassis set ups.
Just days prior to race day they did some more testing at a private track, here different engine mounts were tested to gain more rear wheel drive and front end grip.
Modified triple clamps were tested to add more flex in the front which improves the steering and minimises rigid feedback through the handlebars.
This all works in with the Honda CRF 250 Eight11 stage 3 engine and suspension.
